NEP Australia is currently looking for an **Administration Assistant/Receptionist**to provide support and reception cover along with related duties to assist various departments within the company. You need to have a flexible attitude and be committed to always providing a high standard of customer service.
** This is a Permanent Part Time position working every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday during business hours.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Concierge**:
- Manage front desk operations
- Acting as the face of the company and first point of contact for all clients, staff, contractors, and trades greeting and welcoming visitors and guests.
- Managing the security pass system, issuing passes for new staff, clients, visitors and trades, ensuring everyone has completed their site induction
- Manage carparking for staff, visitors and trades on a weekly basis
**Invoice Management**:
- Process facilities invoices and other general billing tasks like setting up vendors (working closely with the accounts payable team)
**Office Administration**:
- Management of incoming and outgoing mail, including Australia Post, overseas/domestic and local couriers (despatch & incoming)
- Management/replenishing/ordering of stationery, office, food & kitchen supplies for all staff. Proactively ensure all supplies are fully stocked. (and coordinate vendor services (e.g., fruit boxes).
**Event support**:
- Catering for client meetings, monthly site morning tea for birthdays
**Workplace Safety**:
- Act as a First Aider and Fire Warden.
**Required skills and attributes**:

- Calm, confident, friendly, and professional demeanour
- Reliable and punctual
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good Microsoft Word skills and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and a positive 'can do' attitude
