Crewing Coordinator

NEP Australia is currently looking for a **Crewing Coordinator** to join our team on a **6 month, Full Time Fixed Term Contract starting October 2024.**

The role will work within the Crewing, Production and Travel team book freelance crew for broadcasts, based in Sydney's **Eveleigh**.

**Key Responsibilities but not limited to**:

- Book freelance crew for outside broadcasts in line with project requirements
- Create and distribute Call Sheets and Production Schedules for broadcasts

**Required skills and attributes**:

- Broadcast, Production, or event experience desirable but not essential
- Minimum of one year broadcast / production experience desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Experience using MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems
- Be a collaborative team player who is also self-motivated and can work autonomously
- High level of organisation and attention to detail

This 6 month, Full Time Fixed Term Contract is located in Sydney's Eveleigh. The opportunity to work from home 2 days per week is a unique opportunity for the right person.
