We currently have a great opportunity for a Sydney based Accounts Payable Officer to join our team in a full-time permanent position.

**The Role & Responsibilities**

The Payroll Manager is responsible for the full payroll function for NEP Australia, Live Events Australia and other associated entities within the Australian region where required.

**Key Responsibilities but not limited to**
- Process and data entry permanent and freelancer payroll for NEP Australia, Live Events Australia and associated entities.
- Assist the Senior Accountant with payroll reconciliations
- Preparation of weekly PAYG payments to ATO
- Weekly payroll deductions, monthly Superannuation payments & payroll tax for all states
- Calculating termination & redundancy entitlements
- Filing all employee data & records in their electronic file
- Annual payroll reconciliation for Financial year end, payment summaries to ATO
- Annual Payroll Tax Reconciliations & payments for all states
- Workers Compensation Wage Declarations & payments for all states

**Skills Required**:

- Stand alone payroll experience necessary
- Knowledge of Access MicrOpay advantageous
- Strong communication & excellent customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Excel
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently and proceed with objectives without supervision.
- Be able to liase up and down the Group Structure
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
