**What You Will Do**
- Perform engineering/maintenance operations, including maintaining the building, grounds, and physical plant with particular attention towards safety, security, and asset protection at W Melbourne
- Accountable for preventative maintenance and energy conservation
- Responsible for maintaining regulatory requirements
- Have basic knowledge or ability to acquire basic knowledge in the following categories: air conditioning and refrigeration, mechanical, plumbing, pneumatic/electronic systems and controls, carpentry and finish skills, kitchen equipment, vehicles, energy conservation, and/or general building
- Perform all surface preparation, painting, minor drywall and wood trim repair, light bulb and AC filter replacement and the complete and thorough clean-up of the painting or repair area
