**Your new company**

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced handyperson for a position in an aged care facility in the Eastern suburbs. They require a handyperson who can complete reactive and preventative maintenance at numerous different sites. This is a permanent position commencing immediately.

**Your new role**

You will be responsible for minor maintenance and building works of nominated customer sites as per the directions of their supervisor and demonstrate a can-do easy approach to problem solving on the daily. You will be required to undertake the following, however not limited to:

- Minor building works/repairs
- General maintenance
- Tile repairs
- Minor concreting and/or paving
- General labour and manual handling activities
- Able to use and maintain a variety of hand tools
- Maintain and/or repair tools and equipment
- Ensure all documents and records are provided to the relevant administrator in a timely and accurate manner

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Driver’s licence
- Previous handyman experience in an aged care facility or similar
- Good communication skills
- Reasonable level of literacy
- Reasonable level of mathematical skill

Be able to work unsupervised

**What you'll get in return***
