Our client, a Government organisation has a demand for a **Scrum Master** to work as part of an uplift program. This would suit a Scrum Master who has come from Software and/or an Infrastructure background, with a focus on Agile delivery. You would be working closely with delivery managers and product teams on planning and scoping of requirements according to company roadmap. Furthermore, you would be expected to coach and mentor teams on scrum whilst guiding them to deliver on their sprint commitments and roadmap milestones.
**Who you are**:
**You will have the following skills/experience**:
Solid experience working within **Infrastructure** or Software, end-user compute
development with a good understanding of **Office 365 and Azure**
A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Scrum Master in large enterprise environment.
An ability to coach and mentor teams on scrum whilst guiding them to deliver on their sprint commitments and roadmap milestones.
Delivery background desirable
Scrum Certification
Keep all parties on track and informed
Introduce agile engineering practices
Teach scrum practices and principles
Remove roadblocks
