Role Summary

We are looking for an
experienced Scrum Master with strong Agile delivery skills and a good understanding of Cloud environments & Cloud terminology
. The program involves migrating platforms to cloud (AWS/Azure), decommissioning legacy systems, and modernising solutions to SaaS and in-house platforms. This is a well-established Agile environment with a highly skilled team including BAs, PMs, Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, Tech Leads, Cloud Engineers, and Architects.

Contract Summary

  • Start Date:
    ASAP (pending checks)
  • Rate:
    $800 – $900 per day + Super
  • Work Model:
    hybrid model (1 day onsite, moving to 50%)
  • Contract Length:
    6 months initially, with strong possibility of extension until June 2025 and beyond
  • Location:
    Burwood

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and manage Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews
  • Support multiple Scrum teams to deliver high-quality outcomes in line with Agile practices
  • Drive continuous improvement, coaching team members to enhance Agile maturity
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Agile Coaches, and technical leads to align delivery with program objectives
  • Ensure clear communication, transparency, and collaboration across all stakeholders
  • Monitor and manage project delivery timelines, risks, and impediments
  • Promote the adoption of Agile practices within a fully Agile organisation

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a
    Scrum Master
    in complex, large-scale programs
  • Strong hands-on Scrum Master expertise across multiple teams
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and servant-leadership skills
  • Good technical understanding with exposure to
    Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
  • Ability to drive delivery and outcomes in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in
    Jira
    and
    Confluence
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineers, architects, and business stakeholders
