Hastings, Australia WPC Group - Apprenticeships & Traineeships Full time

An excellent opportunity is now available to start a full time, 12-month Business Traineeship in Hastings. In this role, you will be based at Esso’s Hastings Office and employed by WPC Group. This traineeship will involve learning in the workplace and studying online.

**The Role**:
This traineeship opportunity will not only see you through to receiving a nationally recognised qualification (Certificate III in Business), but will also provide you with world class training, mentoring, industry leading skills and safety practices, and the opportunity for variety and exposure to many aspects of the business.

**You will be responsible for a range of duties which will include (but not limited to)**:

- Event planning, including organising catering, venue booking, arranging site inductions, site visits
- Provide assistance with Internal reporting of various critical areas of the business
- Organise bookings for accommodation, car hire, vehicle servicing
- Assist with the coordination of regular safety meetings
- Provide general administrative assistance to the maintenance and operations groups at site

**Benefits and Additional Information**:
While you are based at Esso worksites, WPC Group and ESSO Australia will provide you with dedicated mentors to help support and guide you throughout your traineeship. Regular visits from your WPC Group mentor in the workplace will take place to ensure you are developing and learning the skills required, but also to have someone available whenever you have questions, challenges or need further support.

WPC Group will also coordinate the TAFE (study) component of your traineeship. In addition, you will receive initial and ongoing internal training to ensure that your skills and knowledge are in line with the company’s expectations, but also industry leading standards and requirements.

- Psychometric Testing; and
- Medical clearance.
