About the Role

The Operations Officer is responsible for providing operational support and customer service to enable effective delivery of youth and family services, including the management of three youth hubs. This position plays an integral role in supporting staff, partners, and the community to maintain safe, efficient, and welcoming facilities and programs for young people and their families.

Reporting to the Team Leader Youth and Family Services the core responsibilities include:

  • Plan and coordinate administrative, business, and service support functions to enable effective operations.
  • Manage youth hub access and logistics, maintaining safe, organised, and efficient work environments.
  • Oversee administrative systems and documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
  • Support operational efficiency and continuous improvement by reviewing processes and implementing enhancements.
  • Work collaboratively with staff and partners to deliver high-quality support that enables effective service delivery.
