About You

You will also have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to multi-task and prioritize work in an effective manner.

Whilst you may have experience in customer service or admin, you're looking to establish a career in a field you're truly excited about and challenged by.

About the Role

Reporting to an approachable and supportive Depot Manager, you’ll add value through:

- Action tasks that come through Charter inbox and phone calls e.g. assisting in bookings & providing quotes
- Monitor and respond to operational issues on road, produce monthly sales reports & perform general administration tasks

As the Charter Sales Assistant, you will report directly to the Depot Manager. You will play a central role within the Operations Department by providing operational support and assistance to the entire Coastal team. You are also responsible for safety duties and liaising with the Risk & Administration Manager based at our head office.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
