As a Painting Projects Supervisor at Vibe Paint Solutions, you will be at the forefront of our painting endeavours, overseeing and actively participating in painting projects while ensuring they are executed to the highest standards. Your role will involve performing and leading our painting projects to ensure timely completion and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and execute painting projects with precision and skill, utilising expertise in painting techniques and materials.
- Plan, organise, and supervise painting projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Provide guidance, support, and motivation to the painting team and contractors, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and preferences, delivering exceptional service and addressing concerns promptly.
- Ensure all painting work meets the company’s high standards and exceeds client expectations.
- Enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Manage and maintain painting materials, tools, and equipment efficiently.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a painter, with a minimum of 2 years in a hands-on role.
- Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities for effective client interaction and team coordination.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in painting or a related field.
- Experience with both commercial and residential painting projects.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and innovations.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
