**About the position**:

- Knowledge in the Estimating, Planning and controlling Plumbing, Piping, Solar and Air-condition Installing.
- Determining physical progress of the project and preparing report of project progress and project Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS)
- Tracking & updating project plans, work schedules & budgets
- Overseeing work by contractors and reporting on variations to project manager
- Collecting and analysing data associated with projects undertaken, and reporting on project outcomes
- Document control and distribution to our Project Team
- Working side by side with company’s director
- Creating and updating agenda, supervising the project progress and submitting project function report
- Liaising with staff and clients
- Payroll processing and account reconciliation

**We are looking for someone who**:

- Plumbing project estimating
- Ability to read plans
- Project Risk Management. Certificate PMP or PBA essential.
- Is competent in document control - drawings and variations
- Has experience with Sap, Ms-Project, Primavera, Auto Cad, Databases (Sql),Tradify, Clickup, Power BI.
- Sound knowledge of Quality, OH&S, EEO and Environmental policies, procedures and standards
- White Card is essential
- Rebate claims under STC and ADMS
- Proficient in Computer, Internet and Microsoft Office 365
- Experienced with the Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, Cloud Collaboration Tools
- Has strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Open Driver’s Licence

**Salary Per Annum**:
$77000 + Superannuation

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Morning shift
