About us:
At Alpha Plumb Solution, we now have a growing team and supportive people who are passionate about our industry and working closely with our clients to deliver their plumbing projects.
We are seeking a highly organised and motivated professional, assisting with day-to-day duties. This role encompasses a wide variety of tasks and the right candidate will be someone who can multitask and has a broad knowledge across various aspects of administration.
About the position:
· Knowledge in the Estimating, Planning and controlling Plumbing, Piping, Solar and Air-condition Installing.
· Determining physical progress of the project and preparing report of project progress and project Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS)
- Tracking & updating project plans, work schedules & budgets
· Overseeing work by contractors and reporting on variations to project manager
· Project managing and controlling by running company's application
· Collecting and analysing data associated with projects undertaken, and reporting on project outcomes
· Document control and distribution to our Project Team
· Working side by side with company's director
· Creating and updating agenda, supervising the project progress and submitting project function report
· Liaising with staff and clients
· Payroll processing and account reconciliation
We are looking for someone who:
· Plumbing project estimating
· Ability to read plans
· Project Risk Management. Certificate PMP or PBA essential.
· Is competent in document control - drawings and variations
· Has experience with Sap, Ms-Project, Primavera, Auto Cad, Databases (Sql),Tradify, Clickup, Power BI.
· Sound knowledge of Quality, OH&S, EEO and Environmental policies, procedures and standards
· White Card is essential
· Rebate claims under STC and ADMS
· Proficient in Computer, Internet and Microsoft Office 365
· Experienced with the Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, Cloud Collaboration Tools
· Has strong communication skills, both verbal and written
· Open Driver's Licence
Salary Per Annum:
$77000 Superannuation
