**About the Role**

As part of our growing and respected Responsible Gambling (RG) team, you will be responsible for analysing customer transactions, and account behaviour for signs of problematic gambling and wagering. This includes compiling source-of-funds checks through liaising with internal stakeholders such as our ACM and BDM teams.

The role offers excellent opportunities to learn about many different areas of the business including our Risk, Trading, and Client Services Teams.

**About You**

You will be responsible for interacting with clients displaying signs of problematic gambling behaviour, including speaking to family and friends of people affected by problem gambling.

**Key Responsibilities / Duties**
- Undertake ongoing customer due diligence checks and transaction monitoring.
- Providing support for responsible gambling-related queries.
- Interacting with customers displaying signs of problem gambling.
- Assessment of customer accounts and self-exclusions.
- Point of contact for distressed customers and or family and offering support.
- Work closely with the Risk, Trading, and Client services teams.

**Experience & Qualifications**
- Knowledge of the wagering industry and/or Entain’s systems and processes would be advantageous.
- Preferred understanding or prior experience with Responsible Gambling and/or working with persons affected by addiction.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to be analytical.
- Motivated, innovative, and a good work ethic.
- Ability to manage and deal with sensitive information in a highly confidential manner.
- Ability to be empathetic and understanding of various clients personal situations.
- Capacity to build rapport with customers and stakeholders.
- Tech-savvy with an understanding of basic IT concepts.
