**T**he team and role**

The People Partner team is a strategic business function that partners both strategically and operationally with business divisions to build and support their organisations and ensure operational excellence and effective people advisory.

As a People Partner, you will build critical context in the Distribution division to become their trusted advisor and strategic problem solver on all people and culture related initiatives and challenges across the employee lifecycle, including organisational design, workforce planning, team effectiveness, leadership development, talent management, succession planning and cultivating culture. You will invest in building strong relationships and coach people leaders to become increasingly more effective at leading, managing and developing their teams.

This is a full-time permanent role with full flexibility to work remotely, and will report into our Head of People Operations & Partnering.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Work closely with Lendi Group people leaders to support across the employee lifecycle including organisational design, recruitment, performance, remuneration, retention, and enabling the delivery of their strategies through people
- Become a critical strategic member of your business division, developing a deep understanding of their business challenges and growth opportunities
- Work with your business leaders to build a highly engaged and effective division, partnering with them on key priorities such as organisation design, workforce planning, team effectiveness, engagement, leadership development, talent management, and cultivating culture
- Coach people leaders to become increasingly more effective at leading, managing and developing their teams
- Actively contribute to building a world class people strategy enabling the divisions to achieve their objectives, whilst contributing your unique insights from a strategic people perspective
- Delivery of people support, coaching and advisory across the employee lifecycle in relation to people, culture and experience
- Be the voice of the business in the design phase of Lendi Group company-wide people experience and culture programs and initiatives
- Contribute to the continuous development and optimisation of people policies, systems and procedures to reflect market best practice and legislative requirements, and ensure they grow as we do
- Contribute to creating and optimising policies, guides and processes that will enable Lendi Group to reflect market best practice and legislative requirements which scale and grow effectively as we do
- Drive People projects and the implementation of Experience & Culture strategic goals
- Deliver effective and timely HR advice to people leaders and team members regarding People policies, procedures, legislative guidelines and employee relations issues
- Collaborate to design the People Dashboard and deliver key monthly and quarterly reports, detailing People Operations metrics to drive people related decisions
- Support the implementation and ongoing management of performance, remuneration and benefits frameworks and programs
- Develop and update people policies and procedures
- Collaborate with finance to ensure effective payroll integration and payroll processing
- Collaborate to ensure the effective implementation of the HRIS, people platforms and automation of people processes to deliver operational excellence.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Solid business partnering background in a busy and complex organisation
- Strong HR Generalist working experience across the employee lifecycle in a growing and scaling businesses
- Strong change management and ER/IR skills with the ability to problem solve combining a commercial, human, financial, and risk lens
- Both strategic and operational - you can see the big picture and you also know how to operationalise it
- Experience and ability to thrive in a fast-moving, agile, and fluid environment requiring you to synthesise lots of complex information and to come up with solutions with tangible impact
- A passion for driving operational excellence that enables an exceptional employee experience
- Experience partnering with and coaching leaders in a highly commercial, fast-moving businesses that are scaling
- Progressive, innovative and passionate about developing phenomenal people and organisations
- Ability to drives competitive advantage and deliver quality outcomes for divisional leaders
