**The role
We have an exciting opportunity available for a
**People Partner** to join our People Partnering function at HUB24 Group for a
**9 Month Max Term Contract. **Reporting to the Head of People Partnering this role will strengthen our ability to plan and deliver an outstanding people experience across our business, including hands-on involvement in strategic and cyclical HR initiatives.
You must be a flexible and proactive individual, able to work autonomously and to make things happen. **Key responsibilities**:
- Partner with senior leaders to develop, coach and implement effective people policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of the business.
- Collaborate with leaders to design organisational structures, job roles, and talent management processes to drive organisational strategy.
- Maintain a current knowledge of legislation and regulation that relate to people issues and participate in developing appropriate policies and procedures.
- Offer coaching, counselling, and learning solutions to leaders and employees to promote professional development and career progression opportunities.
- Enable a culture of high performance by educating and coaching leaders on performance management and performance discussions.
- In collaboration with the People & Culture Team, help develop culture strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing employee engagement.
- Educate leaders and team members on remuneration practices including remuneration, incentives, and recognition programs.
**What you'll need**:
- Significant experience working in a HR Business Partner role.
- Demonstrated experience working with senior stakeholders.
- A demonstrated knowledge of HR best practice, including applicable state and national employment laws and regulations.
- Demonstrated experience managing ER cases.
- Financial Services, Technology or Fintech industry experience would be a huge advantage.
- A background in Learning & Development is preferred but not essential.
- Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to stylistically adapt communication based on audience.
- A commitment to delivering great outcomes for our people is absolutely essential.
