We are extremely excited to share with you an opportunity to be a part of the new Customer Fulfilment Centre (CFC) in Caringbah, NSW and contribute to the leadership team in one of our large scale dedicated online facilities. This CFC will offer Home Delivery, Crowd and our first ever CFC Direct to Boot offer.

Join us in providing a little good for our online customers. Reporting to the Operations Manager - Product, this role will:
- Shape the future of online shopping
- Be part of the new CFC in NSW, which provides a dedicated fulfilment offering at a larger scale.
- Ensure optimal CFC operational performance across Inventory Management activities across all departments.
- Lead, manage, and support the Inventory and Replenishment teams to ensure stock is available when required to support picking of Online Orders.

As the Inventory Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Roster Inventory teams to ensure all tasks are completed prior to the next pick session and resources are shared with Replenishment team as required
- Coordinate and manage activities with relation to inventory, actioning of Product Withdrawals, planograms, sequencing, fixture and ticketing management
- Complete all promotional planning for the Grocery and Convenience departments and review daily
- Ensuring that stock on hand is maintained accurately and made available to support the efficient and accurate picking of Online orders
- Ensure CFC tasks are completed in line with company policies and procudeures, including but not limited to food safety and security standards
- Provide team and operational feedback, ideas and concerns to the CFC Operations Manager - eCom/Product to improve our offer to customers

- Remain composed under pressure to deliver results whilst maintaining leadership profile
- Commmunicate information and ideas to the team in a clear and focused way that is understood by team members and achieves outcomes
- Financial acumen and ability to analyse information, identify trends and prioritise issues, then make effective decisions and deploy resources as needed
- Innovative and not content with status quo, always looking for new ways to delight the customer
- Understand the perfect order scorecard segments, Voice of Customer, and other metrics to analyse the CFC and deliver results
**Essential knowledge and experience**:
- Retail management experience
- Inventory or Grocery department management experience
- Experience working to a budget to achieve business targets including CODB and throughput
- Previous experience leading and developing a diverse team
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing the performance, development and engagement of team members
- Computer literate
**Desirable knowledge and experience**:
- Experience with visual merchandising and stock control
- Experience working in a highly regulated environment
- Experience working in food online environment
- Experience communicating across large teams
**When you will be needed**:
This is a full time position requiring flexible availability across evenings and weekends to work as per business needs.
