One of Australia\'s most highly regarded Federal Government Departments is looking to engage a skilled **Training Administrator / Training Coordinator **to join a national capability in **Canberra, ACT**. The successful **Training Administrator **will join a core team driving training programs with significant impact on policy, procedure and ICT security for the business. The position will provide a minimum 12 month contract, with extensions until 2026, partnered with a rewarding daily rate

The successful **Training Administrator / Training Coordinator **will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Communicate and administrate available training to employees and provide necessary information about sessions;
- Gather feedback from trainers and trainees for all training conducted;
- Coordinate regular reporting, including status updates and exception reports;
- Maintain updated curriculum database and training records;
- Supervising staff undertaking data, support, administrative and design activities.

The successful **Training Administrator / Training Coordinator **should demonstrate the following skills and experience:

- Proven experience as a Training Administrator, or a similar role
- Proven ability to coordinate, monitor and evaluate programs with training advisors
- Excellent documentation and coordination skills
- The desire to build on experience to expand knowledge in ICT, Training and cyber security.
