As HR Manager you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for permanent staff. You will be the point of call for any staff-related escalation and grievances. You will also manage workers compensation claims and arrange and coordinate staff mandatory and non-mandatory training. Delivering pulse surveys to strategize ways to improve staffing culture and operational efficiencies and advice on the applicable award. Continue to manage their HR platform as well as assist in administering the remuneration, performance yearly reviews and deliver disciplinary action if required. The hours are flexible (24hrs), preferably 3 days between Monday and Thursday.

Reporting into the CEO you will have previous experience in a HR generalist, HR management, or leading a People and Culture function is required. Experience using Employment Hero is preferable but not essential. Experience working in Clubs is preferable but not essential. Ability and experience in building positive relationships and developing leadership capability is mandatory.
