As they continue to expand their operations, we are seeking a highly skilled National Sales Manager to join their team and drive their sales efforts to new heights.

As the National Sales Manager at our client's company, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing our sales team to achieve ambitious sales targets and expand our customer base nationwide, with a primary focus on the SME market. Your responsibility will be to develop and execute strategic sales plans, establish strong relationships with key clients in the SME segment, drive revenue growth, and significantly grow the sales team. You will be responsible for overseeing the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, and you will work closely with the executive team to align sales objectives with the company's overall business goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets, with a strong focus on the SME market.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a sales team, providing guidance and support to help them excel in their roles.
- Establish a robust recruitment strategy to attract top sales talent, expanding and growing the sales team to meet increasing demands.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the SME segment and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional activities to generate leads and increase brand awareness among SMEs.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities in the SME market to identify opportunities for business development and stay ahead in the market.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to the executive team, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our client's payment solutions tailored to SMEs.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in sales management, with a strong focus on selling to the SME market, preferably in the fintech or payments industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Demonstrated ability to grow and expand a sales team, with experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with SME clients and internal stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and market dynamics in the SME segment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and generate meaningful insights specific to the SME market.
- Self-driven and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Flexibility to travel as required to meet SME clients and attend industry events.
