Fantastic local Building Services Business looking for a support Allrounder to handle diverse tasks associated with administration, accounts and operations. Responsibilities include updating CRM, generating reports, following up with clients, assisting with accounts duties and more. MYOB experience is beneficial but not essential. Strong MS office and computer literacy to pick up new systems is a must.
**Receptionist**:
- $60,000 - $70,000 + Super

- Minimum 2 years reception experience
Well respected and long established Accounting practice looking for a dedicated Receptionist to be first point of contact for a wide variety of clients including high net worth individuals and small to large companies. Based at front desk, they are looking for someone with a happy & positive disposition and excellent communication skills. Prior experience liaising with government bodies (ATO/ ASIC) be would highly regarded (but is not essential).
**Administration Assistant**:
- $50,000 - $65,000 + Super

- Full training provided
- 1 year office Administration and/or customer service experience
