**The heart of the role**:
Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, the Remediation Operations Team Leader will be leading and coordinating a team of specialists involved in remediation projects. Driving a high-performance culture focussing on delivering exceptional experience, that is efficient, profitable, and sustainable.
The Team Leader is responsible for the day-to-day operations and will be required to analyse results and performance and deliver strategies to achieve and exceed individual and team targets. This will be achieved through the development of individuals through behaviour coaching and performance management whilst embedding a customer centric, culture.
In summary, the Remediation Operations Team Leader plays a crucial role in managing and executing projects aimed at resolving issues, ensuring compliance, and maintaining safety and environmental standards.
**As a Remediation Operations Team Leader your responsibilities will include**:
- Effectively lead and manage people, processes, and technology to facilitate the delivery of excellent service, operational and productivity efficiencies, people performance and achievement of financial targets
- Drive a high-performance culture that achieves or exceeds key performance indicators and target
- Consistent achievement of service agreements through active resource planning and real time management and monitoring of workload
- Proactive identification and management of a robust training and upskilling plan, to develop a high skilled, multi-functional team
- Provide leadership to the team, drive employee engagement, and create a genuine customer focussed culture where our people love to work at Bupa
- Promote a continuous improvement culture which will improve efficiency and improvements to customer outcome
- Provide data driven insights into remediation scenarios for input into project planning activities
- Initiate and contribute to identification of improvement opportunities for the end-to-end remediation process
- Identify, support and implement strategic initiatives to ensure efficiencies are realised
**About You**:
These qualifications and experiences help ensure that a Remediation Operations Team Leader is well-equipped to handle the complexities of the role, manage a team effectively, and drive successful remediation efforts in the health insurance domain.
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role, managing teams and leading projects related to remediation or operations
- Demonstrated ability to oversee and manage projects from inception to completion, including the ability to handle complex issues and implement solutions
- Proven ability to successfully lead and inspire teams to achieve or exceed targets through driving a high-performance culture
- Experience in dealing with performance and behavioural management frameworks
- Ability to motivate and guide a team, manage performance, and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Experience in building strong sustainable partnerships with both internal and external stakeholder groups
- Ability to make decisions based on business policies and customer needs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues, develop solutions, and implement effective remediation strategies
