Location: Sydney/Melbourne, Australia - Hybrid

Eligibility: Candidates must have the right to work in Australia (Citizen, PR, Valid Visa holders).

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Exposure Remediation:
    Drive end-to-end remediation initiatives across endpoints, cloud, identity, applications, and third-party systems to reduce cyber risk.
  • Translate Threat Intelligence:
    Convert threat insights into actionable defensive requirements and implement them across platforms and delivery teams.
  • Governance & Automation:
    Establish and improve governance processes, SLAs, and automate remediation workflows to minimize manual effort.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    Educate and influence technical and business stakeholders to cultivate a proactive exposure management culture.
  • Reporting & Metrics:
    Develop dashboards and executive reports to monitor remediation progress, backlog trends, and control effectiveness.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience in
    cybersecurity risk management and exposure remediation
    .
  • Knowledge of
    threat intelligence platforms
    and the ability to translate insights into actionable security measures.
  • Proven experience implementing automation and governance processes for security operations.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across technical and business teams.
  • Experience with security reporting, dashboards, and metrics tracking.
