$55k-$75k based on skills and experience in similar roles or industry experience
**About the Company**:
We are an established and specialized trade contractor in the field of metalwork engineering, particularly in the fabrication and installation of balustrades, handrails, swimming pool fences, bollards, fencing, and gates for residential and general public customers and commercial clients ranging from small or large builders and developers. We specialize in customized work, allowing our product range to be expanded upon at every opportunity.
**Job Summary**:
This person will be ensuring the smooth operation of office activities by performing a variety of tasks. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, as well as proficiency in office software and tools.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate project deliverables, update job statuses, and ensure timely progress and payments.
- Perform accounting tasks such as invoicing, budget tracking, and generating receipts.
- Schedule meetings, travel arrangements, and staff bookings; liaise with site contacts and managers.
- Provide administrative support, input data into databases, and create reports and client documentation.
**Skills & Experience required**:
- Minimum of 1 year of office administrative experience, including scheduling and office management.
- Proficiency in bookkeeping and accounting tasks such as invoicing and budget tracking.
- Experience in construction or construction trade.
- Experience with MYOB.
- Strong customer service skills for greeting visitors and handling correspondence.
- Proficiency in office software, particularly Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Location**:
Bankstown, NSW 2200 - Australia
**Working hours**:
Flexible start time between 7:00 am and 9:00 am, with an 8.5-hour duration from start to finish, Monday to Thursday. Enjoy an earlier finish on Fridays (approximately 40-48 hours per week)
Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
