Join a well-established and fast-growing third-party logistics (3PL) provider supporting premium fashion and lifestyle brands across Australia. Known for their agile, hands-on approach and value-added services, this family-run business is entering a peak period and is seeking a reliable and proactive team member to support their customer service and logistics operations.

Your new role

This is a temporary, part-time opportunity (approx hours/week) with the potential to extend. You'll play a key role in supporting the customer service team with a variety of administrative and logistics tasks, including:

  • Booking and tracking couriers and transport
  • Monitoring delivery milestones and resolving delays
  • Assisting with reporting and data entry
  • Supporting account managers with backend admin
  • Proactively identifying and resolving issues before they escalate
  • General office and customer service support during peak periods

What you'll need to succeed

To thrive in this role, you'll bring:

  • Previous experience in logistics or warehousing customer service
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
  • Confidence using systems like Excel, MYOB, SAP, or similar
  • A flexible and collaborative mindset - no task is too big or small
