Inbound Warehouse Manager (PM Shift)*
Our Inbound Manager has the responsibility of ensuring the performance of our Fulfilment Centre is managed to a tee and we focus on delivering an exceptional experience to our customers. Strong adherence to compliance with all WHS and providing a safe workplace is of paramount importance for us. You will be tasked with creating an environment of continuous improvement whilst maintaining an engaged and motivated team. You will manage the operational budget along with input and execution related to strategic projects.

You will be leading our PM Inbound team which will require you onsite at Eastern Creek 2770 between 2.30pm - 11.00pm.
**What you'll be doing**
*
Workplace Health & Safety*
- Ensure all employees are inducted and compliant with all WHS and company policies as well as any legislative requirements
- Identify possible risks & continually promote a safety-first culture amongst employees
- Maintain the fulfilment centre with the highest level of commitment to good housekeeping

*
Operational Excellence*
- Maintain replenishment and putaway, merchandising standards as will be set out; these include stock management, cleaning, shelf/stock presentation, shelf ticketing
- Encouraging team to meet daily putaway, replenishment KPIs
- Clear operational plan for putaway and storage requirements for containers and bulk purchases
- Continued analysis on replenishment and putaway stock movements and delivery of suggestions to reduce number of required touch points to increase throughput

Team Management and People Development*
- Ensure team are crossed trained in functions to provide coverage across the various Inbound roles
- Work with Senior Management to develop and maintain skills matrix and performance management for all team members
- Develop Inbound team through coaching and training to create a strong operational team with an eye to succession planning
- Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee’s performance including delivery of one-on-ones and regular toolbox talks
- Work with Operations Manager to produce rosters that align with the budget and the customer output required
- Involvement in the recruitment and induction of new team members
- Maintain an engaged and motivated team

Continuous Improvement*
- Provide efficiency recommendations based on sales for replenishment and putaway
- Contribute to operational strategic plans; implementing productivity and quality standards and identifying warehouse system improvements
- Propose, implement and review KPIs based on warehouse operations, costs, quality, service, safety and people
- Assist in the design and document processes that promote high accuracy and efficiency
- Execute the site strategic plans as communicated by the Senior Management team

**Your Ideal Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience managing warehouse operations in a fast-paced B2C sector (eCommerce would be ideal)
- Proven ability to motivate, engage and develop team members
- Evidence of strong performance and promotion through other businesses
- An empathetic and positive approach to leadership
- Clear track record of delivering value to a growing fulfilment centre operation
