**The opportunity**

We have ServiceNow Technical Consultant positions for various projects and this is what you need to have:
**About you**
- You will have a mínimal of 12 months experience delivering routine and project-based solutions - research, design and support implementations, diagnostics, troubleshooting, support and documentation of technical deliverables, all in the ServiceNow platform
- Able to work in a semi-autonomous team in varied environments
- Able to work with the Team Leader and Squad Lead for skills development of 15 days per year
- You have experience with enterprise software and JavaScript
- You understand of web technologies (HTML, CSS)
- Have knowledge and hands on experience implementing ITSM/ITBM/GRC solutions or similar in-Service Management, ITOM, ITBM, GRC or IT Management
- Hold ServiceNow CSA and Delivery Fundamentals Certifications
- ITIL certification preferred

These positions can be based out of **Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide **and **Brisbane**. Australian citizenship is a requirement. A minimum baseline security clearance is preferable.
