**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are now seeking a **Project Coordinator** to join the team, reporting to the Project Manager working alongside a close-knit team. You will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of critical specialist services for the Narrabri Underground Coal mine in NSW.
- Leadership: Working closely with small teams to deliver excellent results.
- Hands on: Ready to get underground, mentor and lead crews when required.
- Project manage: Coordinate projects, manage workforce, provide budget estimates, report to internal and external stakeholders.
- Business development: Managing and maintaining relationships with clients to understand and deliver their needs.
- Technical nous: Understand injection plans, deliver training, creating work instructions; SOPs, SWIs, JSAs.
- Safety Leadership: Comfortable in addressing, investigating and implementing effective controls. Facilitation of Risk Assessments.
- Procurement: Maintaining, ordering and auditing product and stock.
- Good Communicator: Strike up conversation with operators, Managers, clients, corporate teams.

**APPLICANTS WILL REQUIRE;**
- Demonstrated relevant experience in Underground Coal Industry
- Proven experience in Longwall Process works
- Experience in Ventilation works
- Experience in Polymeric Chemical Application
- Training transcripts and/or qualifications & tickets
- Valid & current drivers licence
- Right to work in Australia (Birth Certificate, Passport, Citizenship Certificate)
