**About the role**

Our business is growing and so is our team, we are currently seeking a Maintenance Planner to join our Asset Management Group on a full time basis at our Mt Marion site on an 8/6 roster. This role will provide support to site to plan and schedule maintenance activities for all AMG Assets ensuring the equipment fleet and major components achieve maximum availability in a safe, efficient and cost effective manner.

**Key deliverables & experience we’re seeking**
- The ability to develop and administer maintenance plans and Master Data in the Business Computerised Maintenance Management System
- Review maintenance plans planned vs actual results to continuously improve maintenance plan and accuracy
- Review daily & weekly business reports to seek out and advise on opportunities for continuous improvement
- Ensure planning measures are undertaken with internal and external processes/clients to reassess, renegotiate and amend scope of work responsibilities when required
- Assist in the development of maintenance systems, standards, processes and procedures to standardise and optimise on maintenance work management across all sites
- Provide coaching and mentoring to site planners/schedulers to increase their effectiveness use of the maintenance management systems

**What you’ll bring to the team**
- Previous Fixed Plant Maintenance Planning experience
- Relevant trade qualification highly desirable
- Experience with Pronto, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project or similar maintenance packages
- Advanced problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
