**Key Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Carry out maintenance repairs and modifications on Rail Mounted Gantry Cranes (RMG), Rubber Tyred Gantry Cranes (RTG), Spreaders and other plant and equipment.
- Perform regular test, inspections and maintenance of cranes, hoists, and other lifting equipment and collect test data for analysis.
- Rebuild, replace, or repair major equipment components, mechanical assemblies, and hydraulic control systems.
- Maintain and update records of work performed on equipment to track service history.
- Interpret technical drawings and identify appropriate tooling and techniques to implement modifications or repairs.
- Correct unsafe conditions and housekeeping problems in the work area and report any conditions that are not correctable to supervisor immediately.
- Operate tools, equipment, and machinery according to prescribed safety procedures.
- Perform estimates of material costs and quantities.
- Work closely with engineers and other team members to coordinate and complete projects.
- Respond to work requests in a timely manner as per assigned KPIs.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policy and procedures at all times.
- Follow established safety procedures and techniques to perform job duties.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and focus.
- Must be available to work overtime and travel to conduct works onsite as required.
