JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a responsible part-time Office Manager to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks including providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Plan and attend meetings taking detailed minutes
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain contact lists
- Book travel arrangements
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide general support to visitors
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Liaise with senior managers to handle requests and queries
- Attend educational workshops and training sessions to develop sufficient knowledge to conduct field support activities
- (Other duties involve cold-calling and excelling in a sales team that is results orientated)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Strong multitasking, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Degree qualified; any additional qualification of an administrative nature would be advantageous
- Driving license is essential
JOB TYPE: Part-time, permanent (Monday to Friday 9am-1pm)
**Salary**: AUD 35.00 - 40.00 per hour
