The Usual Suspects Collective Pty Ltd is a young and dynamic wine business that is the custodian of the following wine producers: Barratt Wines, Parker Coonawarra Estate, Hesketh Wines, St Johns Road Barossa, Ox Hardy Wines, Vickery Riesling & Miss Zilm Wines. In addition to these brands, The Usual Suspects Collective Pty Ltd also owns and manages both the Parker Estate and Barratt Wines Cellar Doors, along with vineyards in the Coonawarra and Adelaide Hills. We also produce Gin and Beer under the Parker brand.

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Finance & Administration Assistant to join our expanding team. The successful applicant will have a sound working knowledge of the accounting functions of a wine business, an ability to multitask and have a desire for career growth with a fast-paced business.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Processing of financial information, including invoices, payments and supplier invoices
- Banking and credit card reconciliation
- Monthly reconciliation of loan accounts between associated entities
- General office administration duties

Job Requirements

- Bookkeeping experience on computer-based platforms and Excel
- Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills
- Ability to think logically, learn quickly and problem solve
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Strong work ethic and high level of self-motivation
- Passion or interest in the wine industry

This role is a full-time position and salary will be in line with the role’s requirements and responsibilities.

Based in Norwood, this role is ideally suited to a quality orientated person who is seeking a diverse and challenging role, within a dynamic team.
