**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- Full time permanent role at our centrally located in Rozelle
- Above award pay rates
- Rotating rosters to support a great work/life balance.
- Certificate III or Diploma Educators or educators working towards a Diploma.

**Your key responsibilities but not limited to**:

- Create a stimulating environment to foster & support children's development
- Develop, plan, and implement a quality program that reflects the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Assisting children with their daily routines & support them in their learning
- Monitor and document children's progress & individual children's portfolios
- Mentor and guide less experienced staff within the centre
- Develop open communication channels with staff, children, and families of the centre
- Contribute to the effective operation of the workplace by supporting colleagues, sharing ideas and information, and working collaboratively within the team

**Job Requirements**:

- Certificate III, Diploma, ECT or working towards Qualifications
- Current NSW Working with Children's Check (paid) or willingness to obtain one
- First aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates
- Knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
