**About Goodstart Ashfield**:
Goodstart Early Learning Ashfield is a small 46-place service which provides high-quality care for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years in a nurturing environment. Our experienced educators, from diverse backgrounds, support each child’s development through the Key Educator Approach, fostering secure attachments and tailoring learning programs to meet individual needs.
Conveniently located near Ashfield Train Station and Mall, we offer a play-based curriculum aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework. Our educators engage with families through platforms like Storypark, and we collaborate with local services, including SPOT Children’s Clinic and Ashfield Public School, to support transitions and community involvement.
With a strong focus on sustainability, healthy meals, and community partnerships, Goodstart Ashfield ensures each child receives the best possible start, preparing them for success in school and beyond.

**You’ll need**:
Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Current NSW Working with Children Check
Prior experience in programming and planning
