We’re on the search for an experienced **Accounts Receivable** **Lead **to drive consistent process improvements in the high-volume function, ensure accurate and timely billing activities and actively engage with stakeholders to foster payment and strong cash flow.

**Duties**:

- Manage end-to-end accounts receivable
- Reduce the A/R period
- Deliver regular reporting to the business
- Prepare, process & allocate invoices/billing
- Manage queries
- Investigate and resolve variances
- Manage collection of customer debt
- Support finance team with ah-hoc tasks

**About you**:

- Previous experience leading a team and account function
- Keen interest in continuous improvement activities
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Hands-on approach
- Experience with Navision will be highly regarded
