Enterprise Rent-A-Car is seeking a **full-time** Accounts Receivable Officer to join our **Mascot Head Office Accounts Department.**
- This is a hybrid role with 2-days work from home available and 3 days in office.
- The office is available anytime during work hours to use.
- You will be joining an inclusive and friendly team in the finance department.
- The office is a 10-minute walk from the Mascot train station and next to the airport.
- We have free parking on site for you to use so there is no headache of finding a park every morning.

**About The Role**
As the Accounts Receivable Officer, you will work with and report to the CFO. You will responsible for tracking and managing of corporate accounts to ensure effective collection of all receivables. You will also liaise with various internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate records of all accounts.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Maintaining a billing system, processing payments regularly and ensuring payments are made within agreed terms.
- Ensuring all receivables are collected in a timely manner.
- Maintaining accurate records of corporate accounts by performing regular reviews to ensure information and details are up to date.
- Scan and identify discrepancies in accounts and immediate action accordingly.
- Communicate with corporate to explain and resolve complications in a fair and effective manner.
- Escalation of overdue payments accordingly
- Liaising with Accounts Department Daily and assisting with their day-to-day objectives.
- Ensure to notify ending invoices on a scheduled, regular basis to corporate to communicate that our invoice is important.
- Complete finance administration paperwork to provide a seamless and hassle-free experience to our corporate customers.
**About You**
- Background in corporate accounts preferred.
- Skilled in management of relationships
- Ability to resolve disputes.
- Certificate or diploma in Accounts Administration
- High level of communication both orally and in writing.
- Ability to work productively in a team and or on your own.
- Developed time management and organisation skills.
- Ability to follow processes, procedures and maintain documentation.
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexibility with willingness to learn and adapt.

All applicants must holder a valid **Driver's Licence. **The successful applicant will also be required to submit a **Traffic History** prior to commencement.
