- ** Invoice Processing**:

- Efficiently generate and process invoices while ensuring accurate billing information.
- Verify details related to products and services.**Accounts Monitoring**:

- Keep a close eye on accounts receivables to ensure prompt and accurate payment collections.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or billing issues.**Payment Reconciliation**:

- Record and report any payment discrepancies.**Communication**:

- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to address customer inquiries regarding billing.
- Communicate professionally with clients concerning outstanding balances and payment schedules.**Credit Management**:

- Evaluate and establish credit terms for both new and existing clients while actively monitoring credit limits.
- Work to minimise credit risk.**Reporting**:

- Generate and analyze reports on accounts receivables for management review.
- Provide regular updates on the status of outstanding invoices.**Collections**:

- Implement effective strategies for collections to reduce overdue accounts.
- Work closely with clients to establish payment plans and resolve payment issues.**Compliance**:

- Ensure strict compliance with billing and collection procedures.
- Stay informed about relevant industry regulations and adhere to best practices.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of billing practices within the dental industry is advantageous.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing issues.
