Quickly becoming a leader in its field, Eightcap has gone from strength to strength and is experiencing rapid growth. Because of this, we are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join the team.

About the Role
This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic, and proactive Recruiter that has been involved in HR related projects. In this role you will partner with the People & Culture team and senior internal stakeholders to deliver on global recruitment strategy, management of agency partnerships and support various P&C-related projects.
You will be part of team that focuses on creating a positive workplace where employees can reach their full potential by addressing diversity in the workplace, work-life balance, career development opportunities, and providing support to teams through coaching and mentorship.
- Work closely with the People & Culture team and hiring managers to meet their hiring needs. Guide them through the hiring process, from creating job descriptions to managing interviews and offers.
- Manage the entire recruitment and onboarding process for Australia, including oversight of our overseas offices for reporting.
- Act as the point of contact for recruiters and other job agencies and partnerships.
- Responsible for maintaining both physical and digital employee records relating to recruitment and selection, including employment contracts.
- Help develop and refine processes to improve efficiency.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations on P&C-related metrics to provide valuable insights to management for strategic decision-making.
- Role modelling the values of the Company and obliging by the work, health, safety and wellbeing policies and practices in the execution of this role.
- Other ad hoc activities and projects as required.

First and foremost, We are looking for a genuine, enthusiastic, and collaborative team member who can get stuck in and be a part of a great team.
- Fluent in English and a professional and clear communicator - written and verbal.
- Previous experience in financial services or technology is preferred, but we welcome all backgrounds.
- Experienced managing end to end recruitment process for white collar roles.
- Ability to work with a range of stakeholders, across different levels of seniority and from different backgrounds effectively and in a collaborative manner.
- Excelled time management and organisational skills.
- You have a problem solving and solutions-focused mindset. You spot better ways to do things or smarter ways to work and you implement changes.
- You are supporting, communicative, proactive, efficient, and hands-on. In our growing business, your role will be a key support in many ways, being adaptable is key.
