**The opportunity**:
As part of the continuous evolution and maturity of the business, the need for a Social Media Manager with experience in the Forex industry has been identified. As an experienced operator, the business will look to this person for direction in relation to our clients' social media efforts and presence and the business perception. In addition, command over the Japanese language will be a huge bonus.

A creative thinker, this person will receive support from the leadership to
**identify and deliver the strategy for all social media and content platforms that prioritises each brand's objectives and growth ambition.**

- How we build leads to our website (content and purpose of website)
- How we release new updates/ functionalities
- How we manage current client communication and client-specific promotions
- How visible we are in the market
- What materials we share with our partners

**Functional areas of responsibility**
- Direct channels (website, social media, ads) and content
- Design (working with the design team)
- Company-wide campaigns
- Marketing materials shared with our partners
- Current client life-cycle management (Onboarding - Deposit - Trade - Withdrawal) and communications

**Main tasks**
- Broaden the spectrum of activity by introducing new communication channels
- Build a strong team that can deliver change continuously
- Where team building takes time, find third parties to speed up change
- Lead innovation and CX improvements across our brands
- Build strong content creation capacity to support other teams’ needs

**Expected deliverables**
- Growth of customers coming via direct or semi-direct channels
- Broaden the purpose of content to grow more sticky website traffic for other content than trading
- Reduce client drop off during onboarding due to continuous improvements
- Lead and/ or support of functional improvements delivery
- Marketing materials that could be used by other teams

**We are looking for**
- Demonstrated experience in the securities brokerage industry
- Demonstrated experience managing the social media function at a similar business
- Demonstrated experience in growing and managing a team
- Demonstrated experience in dealing with multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluency in English and Japanese languages (each additional language is an advantage)
- Good communication skills and comfortable working with tight deadlines
- Comfortable with GSuite, knowledge of Marketo or similar software
