Just Digital People Melbourne are partnering exclusively with a Victorian government backed sporting body, as they search for a new
**Social Media Manager**.

This role complements an exciting new era for the organisation, with a number of recent key senior appointments into the business.

With a headcount of circa 100 staff, based out of their inner CBD location, they also boast a strong regional footprint with values deeply rooted in family and community involvement.

This is a unique opportunity for a sports keen individual to run the entire Social Media offering for the organisation.

**What you'll do**:

- Manage Social Media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram & LinkedIn).
- Advise business on Paid and Earned Social Media strategy.
- Create and publish engaging content, (incl. capturing live video content at events).
- Offer analysis based reporting to key internal stakeholders, identifying areas to grow audience engagement.

**What you'll need**:

- 2-3 years experience owning Social Media strategy for an organisation
- Ability to create long and short form video content, sometimes live, on the fly
- Knowledge of how best to leverage the impact of Social Media
- Analytical mindset to track the fan/customer engagement through Social Media
