**Executive Officer**
This is a unique Executive Officer role that offers the individual to contribute to something really special. Our client is looking for someone to utilise their diversity skills and capabilities. **Responsibilities**:
- Provide proactive and well-organised executive and administrative support to the Managing Director and Business Operations Manager.
- Assist the Managing Director and Business Operations Manager with correspondence, database management, and meeting logistics
- Managing the day-to-day logistics of a busy professional consulting firm
- Overseeing the processes that are undertaken by a team of consultants to ensure brand and communication are consistent with the overall values of the organisation
- Managing the office of two Executives, including work schedules and all aspects associated with it, prioritising the Executives time, and drawing attention to matters of priority.
- Managing all correspondence in and out of the office, including prioritising and monitoring of correspondence in Outlook to ensure that it is managed appropriately, and deadlines are met.
- Working collaboratively as a key member of the Executive Team and in partnership across business areas to assist with the management and operations of the organisation.
- Acting as a first point of contact to the Executives and providing a high level of service to external and internal stakeholders.

**Selection criteria**:
- Demonstrated excellent high-level Executive support skills in administrative, logistics and diary support.
- Strong initiative and highly organised, with an ability to juggle competing priorities and respond both flexibly and proactively as matters unfold.
- An outstanding level of attention to detail.
- Strong administration skills including proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and database management.
- Well-developed interpersonal, verbal and communication skills including the ability to establish effective and trusted relationships with strong confidentiality and ethics.
- Advanced knowledge of writing skills and the ability to provide high-level oversight to quality assurance
- Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgement;
- Strong self-sufficiency and ability to adapt and action accordingly;
- Natural problem solver that can creatively devise solutions and provide tactical implementation;
- A team player that demonstrates leadership and management ability;
**Key Performance Requirements**:
- A genuine interest to manage the office of the Managing Director to the highest standard;
- Overseeing overall project management and reporting;
- Contributing to brand development and business growth
- Demonstrate a reputable attitude and be open to continuous personal development;
- Respond to management requests in a timely manner.
**Baseline Security Clearance Required**
**Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 Negotiable**
