**About the Position**:
As the **Personal Assistant**, you will be responsible for providing efficient and comprehensive support to the Director in his personal and business activities. You will be responsible for managing the daily activities of the Director, coordinating schedules, organising meetings, and undertaking any necessary real estate administration such as database and prospecting and campaign management related tasks.
Your primary focus will be ensuring the daily activities of the Director run smoothly, any future events/activities are well organised and the overall business activities for the team are productive and efficient.
You will work closely with the Director, his family and the internal real estate team including sales agents and Advertising/Administration Assistants.
**About You**:
You are a well presented, qualified and experienced Personal Assistant who is proactive and detail orientated with exceptional organisational skills. Like the Director you are working with, you will have an exceptional customer focus and drive to establish great relationships. You are a relentlessly positive individual who thrives in a diverse and ever-changing environment.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with mínimal supervision
- Ability to work outside regular office hours, if required
- Ability to confidently communicate with family members
- Mentoring, supporting and upskilling Administrators in the team
- Valid Driver's License, vehicle, and willingness to travel if necessary.
- Prior experience in real estate highly desirable, but not necessary
- Outstanding polished and professional communication skills
- Ability to work effectively and harmoniously within an extraordinarily successful team
