**THE TEAM**

The EQS Operations team is a dynamic environment that is responsible for the warehousing, set up and delivery of CCEP’s equipment for our valued customers. This includes but is not limited to, inventory management, set up and management of delivery teams and supply of CCEP’s wide range of equipment. The role of the EQS Operations Manager is to support the CCEP Sales teams in driving revenue and growth in the CCEP business by way of ensuring commitments made to CCEP customers with respect to equipment placements and removals are fulfilled.

**THE ROLE**

The EQS Operations Team Leader role is central to the state leadership team. Responsible for the coaching and safety of a team, contractor management of our Freight and Labour hire partners; and inventory management within the state budget. At its core is the collaboration with sales partners and peers to ensure customers receive equipment as promised and on time to high quality standards to grow hot and cold drink sales.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Demonstrates and model Safe Behaviours, develop and distribute Toolbox Talks, safety compliance
- To ensure commitments made to CCEP customers with respect to equipment requirements and movements are fulfilled and that exceptions are managed appropriately
- Ensure equipment is prepared for market and does not require a service call within 30days and ensure equipment refurbishment is completed efficiently
- Inventory management: ensure parts and asset stocktakes, weekly management of outstanding STO’s, investigate and reconcile Stocktake variances
- Manage rosters, leave planning, manage QA, PM, QMP and installs schedule planning, stocktake planning, technician rosters planning, vehicle management
- Adherence to Process, Policies and use of IT Tools
- Contribute to Team success
- Actively participate in maintaining and developing technical skills
- Financial Management of cost centre in relation to budget

**ABOUT YOU**
- Technology certification/qualification in specialist area helpful in some instances
- Tertiary qualifications in a discipline relevant to Safety / FMCG / Supply Chain / Business or Commerce.
- Strong understanding and experience in Equipment and Services department.
- Strong understanding of external trends in service optimisation and sustainability.
- Systems implementation and optimisation experience.
- Proficient in systems knowledge (e.g. SAP, MyApps, OSP, Microsoft suite)
- Knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety
- Ability to manage cost center and budgets
- 5+ years’ experience in managing teams
- Warehousing and logistics experience
- Confident communication abilities with all levels of stakeholders
- Proven ability to problem solve and make quick decisions under time constraints
- Proven relationship management experience in particular working collaboratively and cross functionally, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
