**The Role**:
We have an exciting new opportunity for you to join our team as an EQS Parts Person. Reporting directly to the Operations Team Leader, the purpose of your role is to support the State team to maintain a high service levels and contribute to the success of KPI’s within Equipment Services.
One of the requirements of the CDO Storeperson, is to consistently demonstrate the CCA values & demonstrate safe behaviours at all times.
**Safety Behaviour**:
- Actively contribute to and identify EQS Hazards
- Actively participate in Toolbox Talks
- Actively contribute to EQS site inspections and corrective actions as required
- Entry and follow up/close out of all Safety incidents/accidents/hazards with stakeholder in Beakon
- Follow all Safe Work Procedures in the workplace
- Ensure correct handling of specialised materials, electronic components and hazardous goods
**Customer / supplier relationship to supports EQS Field & Operations team**:
- Provide high level of customer service
- Manage & monitor inbound/outbound monitor
- Manage escalations for parts enquiries
- Review POs / STOs and generation of MRPs
- Receipt management & investigations
- End to end management of cycle counts including posting results and reporting
**Contribute to Team success**:
- Management of OOS / Inventory holding taking into account of lead time
- Active participation in Parts Standardisation Network (PSN)
- Support Focused Improvement & Continuous Improvement
- Drive discipline on processes and ensuring customer service SLAs are met
- Actively participate in relevant T1 & T2 meetings
- Ensure ALL warrantable parts are managed & actioned for replacement by suppliers in timely manner
- Efficient purchase orders request to National Parts
- Support workshop refurbishment requirements Invoice processing & investigation Adhoc requirements
**Customer / Supplier Interface**:
- Proactive communication to internal & external customers
- Local supplier management
- Liaise with EQS Operations Team
- Liaise with EQS Field Service Team
- Liaise with EQS National Team
**Career Experience & Qualifications**:
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to Build and maintain effective professional relationships with internal and external customers
- Resilience in handling customer objections
- SAP knowledge
- Willingness to drive continuous improvement
- Intermediate to advance excel skills
- Excellent time management and organisational capabilities
- Problem solving ability coupled with strong attention to detail
- The ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment
- Natural progression to a Team Leader role
- Current Forklift & Drivers LicenseProble
