Plaster and Insulation Technician

**The Role**:
We are currently seeking an experienced Plaster and Insulation Technician - Team Leader to join our growing team. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for overseeing a team of technicians and ensuring high-quality installation of plasterboard and insulation systems on residential and commercial construction sites.

**Duties include**:

- Leading and supervising on-site plaster and insulation work.
- Interpreting and executing from construction drawings.
- Installing ceiling, wall, floor, and roof insulation to specification.
- Measuring, cutting, and securing plasterboard.
- Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on-site.
- Coordinating with builders, project managers, and other trades.
- Ensuring compliance with Australian building standards and codes.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Relevant qualification
- 1+ year experience in plaster and insulation installation.
- Proven leadership and communication skills.
- Competence in reading plans and interpreting specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes.
- Familiarity with NCC and relevant Australian Standards.
- Physically fit and able to work in confined spaces or at heights.
- Construction White Card (mandatory).
- Driver’s licence and EWP/Working at Heights ticket (preferred).

**Remuneration**:

- Full-time position.
- Salary**:$75,000 - $85,000 + superannuation**, depending on experience.
- All tools, PPE, and transport to site provided.
- Travel across the Melbourne Metropolitan area required. Occasional regional travel.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
