The Opportunity
We are seeking a
Development Manager
to lead high-end residential projects from early acquisition through planning, design development, procurement, construction and handover. You'll play a central role in shaping sophisticated, architect-designed buildings and will be the key connection between senior leaders, consultants, authorities and the broader project team.
This role is based in our Sydney CBD head office, with regular site involvement.
What You'll Do
- Lead planning pathways including DA/CC management, consultant coordination and authority liaison
- Prepare and manage feasibilities, budgets, programs and financial reporting
- Drive design development, value management and project optimisation
- Manage funding, valuations, QS reporting and financier requirements
- Oversee marketing & sales documentation and project launch preparation
- Support or lead delivery activities including progress claim reviews, program monitoring, PCG coordination and purchaser management
- Guide projects to completion, OC, handover and defect close-out
What You Bring
- 5+ years in property development or project management
- Experience in high-quality apartment, mixed-use or boutique residential projects
- Strong understanding of NSW planning, design and construction processes
- Commercial acumen and confidence with feasibilities and cost reporting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Degree in Property, Construction, Architecture, Planning or related field
