Our IT Services team bring together technology and customer service skills to not only help fix equipment but to build positive customer relationships with free technical advice and timely repairs. **Your Opportunity**

As a Consultant in the IT Services team, you will play a key role in:

- Identify and locally escalate support requests that are symptomatic of an unresolved underlying problem in IT equipment or services.
- Minimise customer impact by providing workarounds where possible.
- Maintain an accurate record of progress against requests for service using the “ServiceNow”.
- Participating in local/national projects as assigned.
- Support for the National KPMG Office IT users.

- Recently graduated from University or have 1+ years’ experience in IT Service Support or equivalent.
- Interest in delivering services within an environment with defined service levels.
- Interest in using workflow/call management systems.
- An understanding of ITSM (ServiceNow) methodologies.
- Experience using and supporting Windows 10, Office365 and Microsoft Teams highly regarded.
