We are offering a permanent role for a driven and highly focused Application Support Analyst with previous experience working in a similar role.

You will be hands-on actively investigating and resolving incidents, creating scripts to solve business problems, contributing to technical discussions, contributing to workshops, mentoring junior members of the team, deploying software releases, project work and managing competing priorities.

Key responsibilities:

- Troubleshooting high level issues for clients
- Mentoring junior members of the team.
- Creating scripts and contributing to various code repositories
- Providing high levels of customer service
- Managing incidents within SLAs
- Executing system changes
- 3+ years experience in an Application Support role with broad exposure to incident/change management processes and tools.
- Demonstratable ability to work in a cohesive team environment.
- Exposure and willingness to have hands-on experience with various programming/scripting languages (ie, Powershell, C#, VB, Java, Javascript, etc), markup languages (ie, HTML, XML)
- Ability to multitask with competing priorities and work effectively with clients.
- Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to interface with various business units, external clients and third Party Vendors
- Familiarity with IT security best practices and privacy of customer data
- Desirable:_
- 2+ years experience in a software engineering (or similar) role actively developing code.
- Certification in information technology disciplines
- Certificate in ITIL v3 or v4
- ServiceNow ticketing system
