**ROLE**:
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative who can reach out to leads, and schedule and close the meetings. This role is perfect for someone who is an ambitious, forward-thinking individual that can create opportunities for themselves.

The role offers the Sales Representative to manage their own time and be independent in their decision-making. We offer structured and clear career advancement opportunities so that the representatives know exactly what to do to progress. **YOU**
- Must have B2B (Business to Business) sales experience
- Minimum 6 months experience
- Able to hit KPI’s
- Be confident in making cold calls
- Reach out to existing business leads
- Responsible for managing accounts
- Able to pivot in a conversation
- Professionalism
- Team player
- Fantastic communication skills

**Salary**
- $65,000 + Super + Commission
- The opportunity to make between $90,000-$100,000 + based on performance.
- Top performers receive added travel and flight benefits.
