**About us**

AirPhysio, short for Airway Physiotherapy, started in 2016 with a dream of helping people with respiratory conditions and improve lung health. We understood many people suffer from respiratory conditions and natural therapy devices, although available, were relatively unknown and outdated.

Located in Tweed Heads (Head Office) and East Maitland NSW, AirPhysio is growing as a business and we are looking for a People & Culture Coordinator to join the team based in our Tweed Heads South office.

**About the role**

The People & Culture Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring AirPhysio’s people and culture function is supported. You will provide support to managers and play a role in fostering positive partnerships through advice, coaching and leadership across a wide range of organisational functions. The role is to promote and create an empowered workforce and a culture of integrity, teamwork, innovation, respect and trust, in line with organisational values. This will be a more face to face role, dealing with our staff and helping inspire a performance culture.

The role is seen as an integral part of the team sitting alongside management and working with members of Human Resources, Payroll and Training based at our Tweed Heads office.

**What we need from you**
- Minimum 3 years experience in human resources or organisational development
- Demonstrated experience in performance management and conflict resolution
- Demonstrated achievement of planned business outcomes through effective people and capability strategies that delivers on organisational strategy
- Tertiary level qualification related to human resources, business management or organisational development
